Guest:  Loren Wright:  Best Friend of Kenny

Question #1:  What things did you see in Kenny when he was a boy that you see in him today?

Answer:  He was very outgoing when we were younger, and I would say he is still very outgoing.  He has always kept a really great sense of humor.  The one thing people might not realize about my friend is he is very driven, and that is why he's accomplished so much!

Question #2:  What was the craziest thing you have ever seen Kenny do as a child?  As an adult?

Answer:  When Kenny's brother Mike got married he was driving his new sister in laws car and sideswiped a car and knocked it off a bridge.  I just drove by minutes after the accident and there was Kenny on the side of the road in his tuxedo.

As an adult, he was in Arnold and was at a local bowling alley and he asked someone there if they knew me and they did..  He called and we hooked up, it was in the middle of the week and we stayed out till 4 in the morning and had a great time.  It was fun, but I know Kim was not to happy, sorry Kim!  That was when we were starting to get reaquainted.

Question #3:  Did you and Kenny ever play in a sandbox?  And if so, was a track and cars involved?

Answer:    We did know each other at an early age, but racing was always #1 with him.  It showed then and it shows now.  He is a racer not a T.V. guy!

Question #4:  When did you tow first meet?

Answer:  At the age of 12.  Most kids our age would hang out at a local swimming pool.  We did not go to the same grade schools, so we didn't know each other, and we got into a fight, not a knock down dragout, but a lot of pushing, eyeing and jawing.  So, when summer was over the first day of 7th grade I go to home room and my last name is Wright, his of course is Wallace and we met again.  We would just talk all through school everyday and still call and talk on a pretty regular basis.

Question#5:  Did Kenny always like speed and always want to race things with you?

Answer:  I will say this:  A few years ago we went on our only cruise with Kenny and rented a jet ski in the Caribbean and we were getting pretty crazy.  Once we went to the Loke of the Ozarks and they had go-karts that were on a litle oval with smooth concrete, they would put baby powder on.  My wife and I, Kenny and another friend Clyde did a lot of rubbin.  That was cool!  Maybe Kenny will tell you all how I was showing him how to do a burnout when we were riding our motorcycles and a St. Louis County Police officer just happened to see me and I got a ticket!  Remember, don't show off..you'll get caught and it is not cheap!

Well race fans I hope it gives you some insight on Kenny as a friends point of view.  He is my best friend.  That says a lot about him because he has stayed humble and did not forget his roots here in THE BIG TOWN OF ARNOLD, MO.  HA HA

We are going to have a guest every other week.  A guest who you the fan can ask questions to about their relationship with Kenny.
